Cancellation Policy:

At Active Chiropractic Family Health Center we understand that unanticipated events happen occassionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

• Cancellation of appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full price of the appointment type.
• If you are covered by insurance for your treatment, please note that you are liable for this fee and it will not be reimbursed by your insurance carrier.
• Emergencies do happen, but be considerate and call the office anytime to let us know if you will not be able to attend your appointment as we often have a waiting list (for emergency visits).
